Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Manager with advertising agency project management experience to join our growing team. Operations Managers lead internal and client operations by architecting comprehensive project plans to set teams up for success while ensuring creative and financial goals are well-defined.

Responsibilities

Throughout the project, the Operations Manager continuously optimizes existing operational processes and systems, ensuring buy-in and compliance to ensure we are hitting the goals and helps the team make necessary pivots in approach, process and team to do so. This role is a partner to many departments to craft plans and help make decisions that allow MONO to stay on track of current projects, grow existing businesses, and ensure we’ve got the teams working as efficiently and effectively as possible. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-functioning and collaborative team.

Required Skills

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of project management experience in a fast-paced, agency environment. You should be confident, well-organized and adaptable with a strong attention to detail, proven experience project managing complex integrated campaigns and have outstanding written and verbal communication skills along with a high degree of emotional intelligence. Qualifications

This is a locally-based role, where relocation will be required for candidates living outside of the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. We currently observe a hybrid work model. We work onsite every Tuesday and Wednesday for Work From MONO (WFM) days with the purpose of fostering agency connection.
