Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Perm: $60k-70k

Interview process: 1-2 round interview process

Must-Haves:

• 3+ years previous management/leadership experience developing & leading teams to achieve goals
• Manufacturing/industrial/assembly line background
• Background of Process Improvement

Plusses:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent
• Pharmacy or healthcare background
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified or experience using DFSS and DMAIC process methodologies
• Experience utilizing data/understanding data to create action items

Day-to-day Responsibilities :

Insight Global is looking for an Operations Manager to support one of our clients in Washington, IN. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and increasing efficiency for our client’s assembly line process. Therefore, we are looking for someone who has experience maintaining efficiencies and improving processes in a manufacturing or similar environment. This individual will be responsible for conducting root cause analysis and problem solving for the pharmacy operations from order entry through prescription filling, packaging, and delivery. They will be developing and managing project plans through-out project lifecycles including Ideation, Chartering, Cost Analysis, Risk assessment, Project Planning, Implementation, and post project evaluation.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
