Role Description
GSP is helping a repeat client, and emerging Food/Beverage player, find their newest Manufacturing Manager will be responsible for overseeing plant operations, production planning, and manufacturing operations! The role will require strong leadership and organizational skills to ensure the smooth operation and efficiency of the plant.
Qualifications
Operations Management skills
5+ Years’ “Leadership” in FOOD/BEVERAGE Manufacturing is REQUIRED
Experience in production planning and manufacturing operations
BILINGUAL IS BASICALLY A MUST HAVE
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Bachelor's degree is a plus (Not a requirement)
