OPERATIONS and Sales Administrator Manager

Role Summary:
As the OPERATIONS and Sales Administrator Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting French Bloom’s growth trajectory. Your responsibilities will span B2B process optimization, inventory management, logistics coordination, and sales administration. We are seeking a detail-oriented candidate with experience in supply chain management, inventory control, and exceptional communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
OPERATIONS:
Coordinate incoming freight from HQ, ensuring smooth and timely delivery.
Collaborate with HQ to develop and implement optimal pricing strategies.
Optimize processes, costs, and pricing to enhance efficiency.
Implement inventory management tools in warehouses.
Oversee timely and accurate order fulfillment in the supply chain.
Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers.
SALES ADMINISTRATION:
Monitor and support sales and marketing teams.
Handle POSM requests and provide logistical support for events and promotions.
Coordinate with suppliers and manage supplier portals.
Follow up on sales orders, invoicing, and customer service.
Address inquiries and resolve customer issues.
INVENTORY & POS MANAGEMENT:
Monitor and manage inventory levels across B2B and B2C channels.
Order inventory, set stock alerts, and establish reporting systems for HQ.
Maintain accurate distributor inventory reports and process distributor purchase orders.
Collaborate with HQ to adapt packaging for e-commerce, events, and activations.
Ensure packaging meets requirements for various sales channels and events.
Preferred Experience:
At least 1 year of experience in the beverage market or a related field.
Proven expertise in operations, inventory management, and sales administration.
Package:
French Bloom offers a salary range between $65,000 and $90,000 annually.

Proficiency in inventory management tools and software.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Work Location:
Two in-person meetings per week at the New York office with the team; otherwise, primarily remote work.
