Operations Manager

We’re looking for a true go-getter to help us develop and improve operational functions for the world's first ever full garage renovation brand, Garage Up. What You'll Work On:

• Work with the Franchise Development team to welcome incoming franchisees and begin their process of onboarding to the franchise system
• Assist in the development and implementation of franchise system enhancements, including operational processes, communication channels, and best practices
• Successfully reinforce brand standards and quality standards
• Offer ongoing support and guidance to franchisees, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their business goals
• Assist with general administrative tasks as needed in relation to system improvement
• Onboard incoming franchisees working them through the process of establishing their business and completing all training
• Provide support to the operations team, including preparing materials and reports
• Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, and maintaining CRM records
• Compose internal and/or external correspondence
• Performs other duties or projects as assigned
  
  

What You Bring With You:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
• Hunger for professional growth and learning
• Willingness to exemplify our values of excellence and kindness
• Experience in administration and organization, ideally in a home services environment
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate with personnel and members of multiple corporate teams and franchise locations
• Superb written skills, and use of online software and programs
• Solid organizational skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

Salary:

$70,000-$80,000 to commensurate with experience

Location:

In person in our Austin, TX (78727) office. Must be in commuting distance or relocating prior to starting the role.
