We are seeking an experienced Resource & Operations Manager to join our team. This position will include coordinating activities between suppliers, vendors and clients, ensuring efficient program operations and managing resources for successful service delivery. The role involves building customer relationships, leading operational tasks, resource management and collaborating with internal teams. You'll work closely with the Global Delivery Manager to source and deliver service engagements while also supporting employee engagement and program operations. An individual that is enthusiastic, efficient, detail-oriented, solutions seeking & process driven, and can manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines is the ideal team member.

Responsibilities:

Facilitate the end-to-end recruiting process, collaborating with internal and external recruiting partners to identify and screen candidates.


Manage onboarding processes in both client-hosted and internal systems.


Resource management, including timekeeping & timesheet approvals, facilitation of first and last day operations, acting as a liaison between consultants and Artech for general inquiries etc.


Track project information including managing SOW documents and monitoring project details.


Communicate updates and important information to consultants regularly.


Coordinate training for new hires and ongoing training as required by projects or clients.


Update and maintain operational process documentation.


Manage the operations Trello board to track opportunities, recruiting, new hires, project information, important dates and links.


Provide ongoing support for the internal operations team and client stakeholders, troubleshooting issues as they arise.


Interface with client stakeholders to support recruiting, onboarding, project extensions, and general inquiries.


Assist in identifying new business opportunities with stakeholders.


Coordinate last day operations, transition documentation and asset return upon project completion/termination.


Assist with project renewals and contribute to the creation and management of SOW documents.


Evaluate operations processes to identify and resolve gaps.


Ensure employees are following financial, legal, and corporate policies within company and customer policies.



Requirements:

Experience with MS Suite and Teams.


Experience with Sharepoint for document management a plus.


Highly detail-oriented; able to gather, analyze and interpret data for wide variety of tasks and projects.


Effective multi-tasker with cross-functional leadership skills.


Excellent communication skills with experience communicating to a wide range of stakeholders including senior management, executive leadership, and technical teams.


Strong troubleshooting abilities and a proactive, investigative mindset to identify and implement process improvements.


Ability to adjust to rapidly changing priorities.


Ability to work effectively with clients, senior management, staff and vendors.


Provide strong leadership, be resourceful, and trustworthy with sensitive information.


Work independently, simultaneously manage diverse assignments while remaining organized and productive in a complex environment.


Strong self-initiative and persistence, ability to deal with a high degree of ambiguity and drive clarity in key areas.


Ability to be flexible in a changing work environment and to work well under pressure.


Experience with Fieldglass, Trello and JobDiva is a plus but not required.
