Our small financial services firm is looking to fill an operations director role. This role will require the wearing of a few different hats. This role was previously held by another mom who needed flexibility in her career. She has grown with the company & now they are looking to fill her position.
Responsibilities
Manipulating spreadsheets to:
Assist with payroll
Update income statements
Additional special projects
Assist with processing of account opening
Maintenance of client accounts at the custodians.
Qualifications
Previous experience in the financial services field
Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
Hardworking, capable, trusting, and fun person.
