Operations Director

Our small financial services firm is looking to fill an operations director role. This role will require the wearing of a few different hats. This role was previously held by another mom who needed flexibility in her career. She has grown with the company & now they are looking to fill her position.

Responsibilities

  • Manipulating spreadsheets to:
    • Assist with payroll
    • Update income statements
    • Additional special projects
  • Assist with processing of account opening
  • Maintenance of client accounts at the custodians.
Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the financial services field
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
  • Hardworking, capable, trusting, and fun person.
