Who We’re Looking For - Reporting to the Manager, Operations Excellence, we are seeking an Operations Coordinator, Supply Chain who can efficiently manage product catalog maintenance and setup for our Omnichannel distribution. In this role, you will set up new products, pricing and working closely with multiple departments to ensure success at within MANSCAPED and our external partners. You'll compile reports, demonstrating strong collaboration skills and continuous learning mentality.

Responsibilities

• Fully and accurately support every department in Operations in their day-to-day activities
• Review and confirm invoice accuracy, follow-up on discrepancies
• Assist Operations Excellence Manager with ad hoc requests
• Reconcile shipments to invoices
• Updating transactional reports
• Manage and update ASANA tasks and follow-up with NetSuite entry
• Run daily reports and make sure all activities from 3PL WMS are captured in NetSuite
• Update PO’s with needed information (i.e. status, ship from, vendor, quantity, etc) from vendors to our 3PL’s
• Assist with domestic and international transfers and PO’s
• Communicate effectively within multiple departments
• Promptly report any irregularities or concerns to management, ensuring that potential issues are identified and addressed swiftly to maintain operational efficiency
• Other duties as required
  
  

Qualifications

• Excellent understanding of NetSuite and Asana strongly preferred (similar platforms considered)
• Previous experience supporting projects, people, and experience with process improvement preferred
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
• Strong detail-oriented and resourceful mindset
• Ability to manage time effectively
• Ability to turn requests around in a timely manner
• Previous experience in 3PL environment preferred but not required
• Preferred candidate is proficient in Excel
• Exhibits proactivity by utilizing any available time to learn new skills or knowledge pertinent to their role

$28—$31 USD
