We are experiencing significant growth and are looking for additional A players to join us to provide the best service in the industry! We specialize in environmental inspection and testing services and are looking for a new team member to handle the operations coordination position. This is a fast-paced work environment in which you will be interacting directly with clients & vendors to ensure that their orders are fulfilled promptly and communication between all parties is being met. New jobs come in at all times because of the nature of our service offering so we need someone who is a people person, quick on their feet, pleasant, and an effective communicator.

Location: Remote


Salary and Compensation:

  • Hourly Rate: The contractor will be compensated at an hourly rate ranging from $27 to $33 depending on experience.
  • Work Hours: We are hiring for two different shifts and for the right person are willing to accommodate.
  • First Shift: 10am-6pm PST (38hr option) Tuesday to Friday, and Saturday from 8-2 pm PST.
  • Second shift: 1-7pm PST (30hr option). Tuesday to Friday, and Saturday from 8-2 pm PST.

Responsibilities:

  • Promptly respond to client requests.
  • Collaborate with external partners for service delivery.
  • Provide timely communication and updates to clients.
  • Update and maintain client and service records in our system.
  • Address client inquiries with professionalism.


Qualifications:

  • Positive and Proactive Demeanor: We want someone who has an upbeat can do attitude whos happy to look for ways to improve client experiences and streamline operations.
  • Strong Prioritization and Resilience: Skilled at managing multiple tasks simultaneously without becoming overwhelmed. Excels in prioritizing duties effectively under pressure to meet deadlines and client expectations.
  • Detail-oriented mindset. Seeks precision in all tasks, with a strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Exceptional relationship & communication skills. Without our clients we would not have a business, we need to be helpful to them at all times.
  • Proficiency in data entry and various computer applications.
  • Prior experience in a coordination or client service role is an advantage.
  • Capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment.


Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract


Pay: $27.00 - $33.00 per hour
