What you’ll do (and why you’ll love doing it)

As a Partnership Development Coordinator, you’re a key supporter of the Account Management day-to-day operations.

Your role will assist Account Management and other internal departments focused on lead generation and implementation. You’ll serve as a customer knowledge expert through regularly updating and maintaining records within our CRM, assisting in weekly/monthly account reporting and operations to support company projects. Additionally, this individual will perform Additional ACEP responsibilities include creating & ordering post cards, flyers, and additional items.

You’ll collaborate frequently within the Partnership Development Coordinator team, overseeing the weekly lead import process and ordering marketing materials for events. You’ll also assist with our contracting team to process paperwork and inbox management.

Skills you may have to make you a success!

  • 1-2 years of administrative/customer service related experience or undergraduate degree
  • Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Drive, Zoom, CRM) with the ability and interest to master programs quickly
  • Advanced proficiency in typing (75 WPM)
  • Familiarity with report services (SSRS, Tableau)
