Operations Coordinator –

  • Act as liaison between internal departments and outside production teams.
  • Move projects through studio from operations to production to delivery to accounting.
  • Follow up with crews to ensure content is delivered back to studio on time.
  • Work with Production Department to ensure projects are delivered on time and are archived on cloud-based platforms.
  • Work with Operations Department to assist in scheduling, and staffing.
  • Work with Accounting Department to provide details for billing.
  • Travel to show site and work with crews to facilitate timely delivery of content

Experience/Skills

  • Ability to keep track of multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and logistics skills
  • Enjoy the energy of live events
  • Familiar with uploading, organizing and sharing assets via Dropbox and Google Drive
  • Familiar with Adobe Lightroom, Photo Mechanic or ACDSee
  • Experience producing and manipulating basic reports in Google Docs, Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Interest and experience with photography and video production a plus
