Supporting Operations Managers to organize local cultural initiatives
Supporting with local events including the organization, planning, communication and research
Responding to ad-hoc requests from the local teams
Covering ongoing tasks when Operations Managers are OOO
Supporting the Operations Managers with overall onsite experience
Mandatory Skills/Qualifications
2+ years in any of the following: Project Management, Facilities Management, Events or Hospitality
Ability to execute on defined problems with minimal supervision
Demonstrated attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
Strong written/oral communication skills.
Proficiency in Google Workplace.
Experience with working across multiple offices and countries
Fluency in English
Non-Essential Skills/Qualifications
Experience working with Client or at a large multinational organization
Cross-functional work experience coordinating work across different domains and/or departments.
