Operations Coordinator

About the Role 🚽

You will be joining the Operations team in a high-growth organization and reporting to the Senior Manager of Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for hands-on execution in areas of the operation such as order management, inbound & outbound logistics, inventory management, and 3PL management. The ideal candidate is highly organized and eager to learn and advance within the operations and logistics field. Collaboration with the internal supply chain and sales teams, as well as external partners and customers, is a key aspect of this role, ensuring alignment and creating increased efficiency within the department.

What you’ll do 💩

• Responsible for all outbound logistics, including customer compliance, customer inquiries, and reporting on on-time delivery metrics.
• Take full ownership of order management responsibilities, including but not limited to allocation, order review, edits and approvals, coordination with warehouse team, supply chain team, logistics, and customers, etc. and all related reporting.
• Responsible for all inbound logistics from all manufacturing locations, and own related reporting.
• In charge of inventory management/integrity, 3rd party selling inventory (FBA, Walmart Ship, Tiktok Shop), and deployment of inventory to all warehouse locations. This will include item master data and inventory based projects.
• Establish yourself as the DUDE Operations point of contact for warehouse management, logistics management, and external vendors as well as internal teams (supply, demand, sales) to support operational success.

Qualifications 🧻

• 1-3 years in a logistics, warehouse management, or operations role
• Experience working with 3PLs, both warehouse and logistics
• Exposure to Inventory Management processes and workflows
• Retail experience on either the vendor or retail side-CPG preferred
• Intermediate analytical skills and a base understanding of reporting
• Excellent communication skills and experience in stakeholder management/engagement
