As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the rhythm of business, coordinating events, managing external partnerships, and enhancing communications to foster Microsoft's culture and community impact.
In this role you will:
Coordinate and manage complex calendars, ensuring smooth scheduling of internal and external engagements
Support the execution of events and programs, handling logistics such as room reservations, catering, and task management
Facilitate external partnerships, ensuring seamless event setup and coordination for community initiatives
Contribute to internal communications efforts, including newsletter creation and managing distribution lists
The Ideal Candidate:
2-4 years of experience in calendar management, event coordination, and understanding of MSFT product suite
Proven ability to execute tasks with precision and responsiveness
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality deliverables
Experience in project ownership, managing multiple deadlines and stakeholders
