Operations Controller

Our client is a PE backed company in the healthcare industry and are experiencing tremendous growth. We are looking for a CPA with 10-15 years’ experience ideally with a combination of public audit and healthcare company Controller/Assistant Controller experience. This person will report to the CFO and be a business partner to the site, CFOs & Controllers at each location. This should require about 15% travel. This Controller will manage a team of accounting and billing professionals while maintaining accountability and compliance with GAAP. Manage implementation activities with new joint ventures and month-end close process and financial analysis.

Requirements:

1. CPA
2. Asst Controller or Dir of Acctg and ready for Controller role
3. Multi-unit business model accounting management experience
4. Ideally, healthcare industry and open to retail and restaurant multi-unit businesses
5. Consumer facing business
6. Proactive, positive attitude & drive
7. Public accounting experience is required
8. Min 10 years of relevant accounting & management experience
