The Business Operations (Revenue Cycle Management) Department

The Business Operations department plays a pivotal role in ensuring client billing satisfaction and product adoption. The RCM team partners with Account Managers and the Customer Success teams to provide effective management of patient claims submitted for payment. A major function of the RCM team is to partner with managers team members and outside departments to foster long-term relationships to drive retention and client success.

The Career Opportunity:

As a Tier 1 Client and Operations Billing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring client billing satisfaction and enrollment adoption. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for Tier 1 clients, managing their payer enrollments, supporting their billing submissions, and fostering long-term relationships to drive retention and success.

The position is fully remote.

Areas of Accountability:

• Manage a portfolio of customers, serving as their primary point of contact for all matters related to clearinghouse enrollments and claim services.
• Provide guidance to customers on proper enrollment, best practices, and configuration to ensure clients are maximizing the value of clearinghouse services.
• Work within a team to promote success in all aspects of claims billing.
• Develop and maintain a basic understanding of the product and industry trends to provide guidance to clients and internal teams
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and ensure a positive customer experience.

Competencies for Success :

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience credentialing providers with payers
• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the healthcare SAAS industry.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
