Position Overview

As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our Florida market, reporting directly to the Operations Leadership team. This dynamic position offers two primary focus areas:

  • Cultivating a strong medical group culture among our providers by fostering relationships and driving value.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and maintenance of care center and provider information across various payer portals.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Intra-Market Communications and Culture:

  • Create and manage communication channels for providers
  • Develop and maintain market rosters
  • Support the organization of physician summits and events
  • Design and implement feedback tools
  • Assist in developing and rolling out value-driving initiatives
  • Attend healthcare conferences as needed

Healthcare Landscape Monitoring

  • Stay informed about Florida-specific healthcare changes
  • Contribute to the development of best practice playbooks for patient and in-office experiences
  • Support the implementation of best practices within the market

Payer Portal Management

  • Conduct regular reviews of payer portals to ensure accurate provider and care center information
  • Develop and maintain a systematic process for quarterly portal reviews and updates
  • Utilize project management software to track compliance
  • Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Identify and implement process improvements

Additional Responsibilities

  • Support high-priority market initiatives
  • Provide operational support as needed

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional environment
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry (preferred)
  • Proficiency with project management tools
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving work environment
  • Experience with customer outreach and CRM tools
  • Strong data collection and document management skills
  • Experience coordinating small meetings (1-5 persons)

Compensation

  • Base salary range: $50,000 to $60,000 (commensurate with experience)
  • Annual bonus target: 10% of base salary
  • Comprehensive benefits package

Technical Requirements (for Remote Workers)

  • Minimum internet speeds: 5 Mbps download, 3 Mbps upload
  • Eligible for expense reimbursement to offset internet costs for regular remote work
