We are seeking to hire an Operations Associate (remote, preferably eastern time zone) to assist the CEO in managing operations across multiple business units. The role requires wearing many hats and the ability to learn quickly.
Responsibilities
Actively support the CEO in ensuring consistent strategy implementing and execution across business units
Communicate daily with business unit leads to identify and alleviate any constraints
Manage the recruiting process and help ensure culture and values are upheld
Ability to serve as a good representative of the organization to external parties
Anticipate problems and identify opportunities
Qualifications
4 to 6 years of team leadership experience preferably in a startup or fast growing business unit
4 year college degree from reputable college
Continuity in working at a prior company and achieving one or more promotions
Desire to work in the field of business media

Individual must be a self starter and must work well with people
Individual has the ability to figure things out quickly and take action
This is a remote position with travel expected a few times a year
