Operations Associate

eLocal is the most successful digital advertising firm you’ve probably never heard of. Each year, we connect millions of consumers with local and regional businesses, and we are looking for a talented Operations Associate to join our Operations Team remotely from anywhere in Eastern US.

About the Role:

While reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this person will handle a high volume of call & lead returns for our SMB advertisers while trailblazing new processes! The ideal candidate for this position is dependable, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and hardworking with a strong desire for career advancement.

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing open-ended/ nuanced conversations and dispositioning based on our policy.
• Identifying issues that require further investigation / internal escalation.
• Ad hoc call-listening/ dispositioning projects to provide key insights for our Affiliate, SMB, and Enterprise teams.
• Trialing new processes.
• Ability to work cross-functionally, supporting the Customer Success and Sales Teams.
• Reviewing reporting to identify account related issues and recommend solutions.

Qualifications:

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce experience a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Continuous learning mindset; ability to be adaptable.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative/ team environment.
