About the Job:

At Cure Hydration, we’re obsessed with helping our customers and employees thrive.

As our Operations Manager, you will report to Cure’s Director of Inventory Planning and will be responsible for supporting the entire Operations Team with day to day tasks; reporting and analytics, order management, inventory replenishment and allocation, as well as inbound and outbound transportation and fulfillment. Your strong analytical skills will support the team to make data driven decisions, and you will tackle tasks with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail.

 

Your responsibilities will include:


Inventory Management

  • Monitor and evaluate SKU-level performance, partnering with the Director of Planning on purchase order placement and allocation.
  • Generate, actualize, and refine sales and inventory forecasts for assigned product categories.
  • Partner with the Director of Planning to monitor inventory positions, identifying potential risks or opportunities in the assortment.
  • Support with weekly and monthly KPI reporting, including in-stock rate, inventory turn, and gross margin.
  • Partner with Accounting for Operations month-end reporting and inventory reconciliation.
  • Inventory control support, including validating and tracking inventory by lot code/expiration date and reconciling kit builds / donations / damages / quarantined inventory.



  • Ad-hoc analytical and project support as needed.


Logistics

  • Management of sample order processing and internal transfer processes. You will be in charge of order submission, carrier routing, tracking, and documentation organization to ensure shipments are 100% On Time and In Full.
  • Manage inbound transportation lanes inclusive of carrier routing, rate negotiating, and document recording for all stages of both freight and parcel shipping activity.
  • Daily e-commerce order exception management activities, including identifying and resolving fulfillment issues related to incorrect address submissions, and incorrect shipment mappings, as well as backorder escalation to internal customer service and sales teams.


Production

  • Maintain and update internal PO Tracker with up-to-date pricing, shipping locations, ship dates, and payment.
  • Validate and organize production-related documentation, including packing lists, COAs, and invoices
  • Validate and enter vendor invoices into Quickbooks.
  • Create and place purchase orders with finished good and packaging suppliers. Manage production schedules to ensure on-time production and delivery.
  • Communicate production timelines with cross-functional team members to ensure full team visibility on reorders and product launches.
  • Manage the new item setup process within GS1, the internal product catalog, vendors, and 3PLs.

About You:


  • Are excited about entrepreneurship and are committed to helping people live healthier lives
  • 2+ years of experience in Inventory Planning, Logistics, Operations, or relevant data-driven role
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Nothing slips by you, and you stay on top of your tasks
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills. You love problem-solving and have a data-driven approach to projects
  • Direct communicator with impeccable follow-up skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • E-commerce and Start-up experience is a plus
  • Strong record of leadership in a work setting and/or extracurricular activities
  • Self-driven, Curious, Confident, Optimistic, and Passionate
  •  US-based with work authorization to work in the US 
  • NY and CA applicants preferred
