You will make an impact by:

  • Ensure showroom is maintained and adhering to best practices and company protocol; visual presentation, shipping and receiving, alterations, stock organization, fabric books, and bar maintenance.
  • Responsible for handling all shipping and receiving
  • Responsible for handling all shipping and receiving issues that come up
  • Assist with supply ordering (Amazon, Staples, Uline)
  • Assist with inventory monthly
  • Ensure aged inventory in the showrooms is less than 10% on hand at all times
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed to drive sales and profitability
  • Assist with technical support (Computers, Sonos, Style Walls) 

Ideal Candidate:

  • 1-2 years of Operations experience
  • Strong eye for detail & organizational skill
  • Independent decision-making skills with the ability to self-manage and work to meet multiple
  • deadlines
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills - written and verbal
  • Results-oriented with the ability to balance other business considerations
  • The ability to get along with diverse personalities
