Operations Assistant - Remote | WFH

We are seeking a dedicated Operations Assistant to provide essential support to our operations team. As an Operations Assistant, you will play a crucial role in coordinating with clients on scheduling, program requirements, troubleshooting, clearances, and more, ensuring smooth communication with both our operations team and instructors.

Skills

Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Team player who thrives in collaborative environments

Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites

Knowledge of Education and lesson planning is a plus

Specific Responsibilities

Ensure completion of all client paperwork, including service agreements, insurance documents, and tax forms.

Facilitate the onboarding process for new instructors, providing necessary paperwork and guiding them through setup procedures.

Coordinate program schedules with clients, and track schedule changes and instructor hours for payment and invoicing purposes.

Communicate schedule and logistical information promptly to instructors.

Resolve logistical and technical issues promptly, providing support to both clients and instructors.

Manage and maintain Zoom rooms for remote instructional sessions.

Solicit and compile feedback from clients and instructors to enhance service delivery.
