Great immediate opportunity for an Operations Assistant! As an Operations Assistant, you'll be responsible for overseeing office management and supporting special projects. To be successful in this role, you must have strong administrative skills, possess excellent customer service skills, and have a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
· Manage the day-to-day operations of the office
· Act as the initial point of contact
· Respond to incoming calls and emails
· Manage phones and direct calls accordingly
· Communicate with vendors, internal departments, and other parties
· Provide administrative support including sorting, receiving, and distribution mail, reviewing invoices, ensuring oversight of equipment, and more.
· Process and track client invoices
· Support special projects for other departments and special events
· Assist with additional duties as needed
Job Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred
· 2+ years of related office administration experience
· Intermediate proficiency in Word, Outlook, and Excel
· Intermediate proficiency in QuickBooks
