Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Operations Assistant at Keowee Marina. The Operations Assistant will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks including assisting with operations, boat sales, analyzing data, communicating with customers and team members, and providing exceptional customer service. The role requires attention to detail, efficient prioritization, and the ability to adapt to and handle various tasks.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Experience in the boating or marina industry is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Must be able to legally drive a vehicle and boat in SC
