Operations Assistant
We are seeking a new or experienced Operations Assistant. The successful candidate should be customer-service orientated, with attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task. The Operations Assistant’s responsibilities will include managing all aspects of the reception area and to keep the firm running in a smooth, efficient manner. The Operations Assistant will provide administrative support to staff. The position requires someone who is flexible and willing to provide support on other projects as required. Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and redirect calls to appropriate staff
- Welcome and support visitors; help coordinate guest visits
- Maintain kitchen and office supplies, monitor stock, and manage orders, as necessary
- Provide administrative support in preparation of different events
- Coordinate with building for building requests
- Manage calendars for Firm staff, as needed
- Organize and maintain assets and inventory
- Coordinate on and off boarding of employees
- Make copies of documents and bind them together upon request
- Enter data to Firm ERP system
- Coordinate new consulting project setup and completion, including contract review
- Special projects, as necessary
