Operations Assistant

The Operations Assistant will act as support for the operations team. They will assist with coordinating with clients regarding scheduling, program requirements, troubleshooting, clearances, etc, and communicate this information to the operations team and instructors.

Skills: Excellent communication skills (written and oral) Highly organized Team player Ability to work under pressure / in a sometimes fast-paced environment Familiar with Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites Knowledge of Education / Lesson planning is a plus Specific Responsibilities may include:

Ensuring all client paperwork is complete, including service agreements, insurance documents, and tax forms. Onboarding new instructors, providing necessary paperwork and guiding them through the process. Scheduling programs with clients and tracking schedule changes and instructor hours for payment and invoicing. Relaying schedule and logistical information to instructors. Troubleshooting logistical and/or technical issues with clients and instructors. Creating and maintaining Zoom rooms for remote instruction Providing and gathering feedback from clients and instructors
