Responsibilities And Expectations
As a Operations/Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic purchasing plans, managing the procurement process and optimizing inventory levels for remanufactured products.

Responsibilities And Expectations
As a Operations/Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic purchasing plans, managing the procurement process and optimizing inventory levels for remanufactured products.
- Develop and implement strategic purchasing plans.
- Assist in procurement for sales projects.
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance.
- Collaborate with teams to forecast demand and align procurement strategies.
- Evaluate supplier capabilities and negotiate vendor contracts.
- Utilize data analytics for inventory tracking and optimization.
- Conduct supplier evaluations for continuous improvement.
- Monitor inventory-related key performance indicators.
- Provide actionable insights for improved inventory management.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and regulations for innovation opportunities.
- Efficiently order parts as per department instructions.
- Maintain detailed procurement records.
- Ensure high service quality and timely delivery management.
- Resolve purchasing issues and streamline supply chain processes.
- High school diploma
- Three years’ experience in manufacturing/services operational processes preferred
- Vendor and purchasing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions with precise execution
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, follow standardized work procedures and apply strong analytical problem-solving dynamics in a continuous improvement environment
- Ability to perform math functions including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division including understanding fractions and percentages
- Strong customer focus with professional communication
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills
