Role Description
As an Operations Analyst, you will support the company’s executive team. You will support new project development and the company executives’ communication. You will also support the company’s emerging international e-commerce related projects in this role.
Responsibilities
Conduct market research on prospective industry partners and identify key contacts
Support executives in program managing various key projects through operational planning and consistent communication with stakeholders
Craft key marketing materials and presentations for executives
Undertake pivotal daily administrative tasks such as reporting, analysis, and data entry
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail
Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and online applications
Proficiency in English and Chinese
Exemplary planning and time management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Knowledge and interest in e-commerce, international logistics, or international trade is a plus
College degree with a major in business, marketing, or supply chain preferred
