Join us as an Operations Analyst specializing in cashiering at eToro US. Support the Operations Team in refining our operational processes, delivering exceptional efficiency for eToro platform users. We seek an outgoing, confident, and independent professional with exceptional verbal and written skills to join our team. Your role includes reviewing transactions, improving cashiering procedures, and ensuring seamless customer experiences. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our cashiering operations.

Location:

This position offers a hybrid work model, with the flexibility to work remotely with in-office attendance in Hoboken, NJ required once a week.This role may be based in any of the following hybrid locations:

  • New York
  • New Jersey
  • Connecticut

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process deposit and cashout transactions, and handle client inquiries through email, phone, and chat, ensuring top-quality service and resolution of issues.
  • Adhere to SLAs and performance metrics, and escalate complex issues as necessary.
  • Efficiently navigate systems to fulfill client requests, manage risk, and generate reports.
  • Contribute to department projects, identify process enhancements for improved customer experience, and develop and update operational procedures and policies.
  • Provide regular progress updates and discuss challenges with management, ensuring the secure handling of confidential information.
  • Collaborate effectively with the broader Operations team.

Requirements

  • Series 7 & 63 (or 66) License Required
  • BA or BS Degree in a relevant field.
  • 2-4 Years of specialized experience in Financial Services
  • Strong project management, communication, and team skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office/ Google Suite
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and independent worker.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle pressure.
