Full admin ownership of our content operations tool, including workflow configurations, stakeholder enablement & adoption, user questions & support, user maintenance, audits & data cleaning, taxonomy alignment & documentation and platform governance
Monthly reporting of KPI's related to platform health
Partnering with internal and external partners to execute integrations
Running 3x/week cross-team standup including agenda, communications and follow ups
Partner with vendor to rollout product updates and enhancements to users and document new requests
Assist on project to automate publishing processes
Qualifications:
5+ years experience in a marketing technology or operations role
Experience administering a SaaS tool, ideally a CMS or CMP, and keen aptitude for picking up new technology
Strong communications, project, time and task management skills
Extraordinary attention to detail and organization skills
Experience with Google Suite and Slack
Experience with Excel and basic skills in data cleaning, filtering and using formulas
