Operations Analyst

Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Operations Analyst to join our team. As an Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving organizational processes, systems, and workflows to enhance efficiency and performance. Roles And Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain operational dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational goals.

• Assist in the design and implementation of new systems, tools, and technologies to support operational efficiency and scalability.

Skills And Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, Economics, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as an Operations Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role in operations analysis and process improvement.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including Excel, SQL, and business intelligence platforms.
• Experience with process mapping, workflow design, and business process optimization.
• Familiarity with operational metrics, KPIs, and performance management methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
