Perform administrative duties related to OT cybersecurity.
Work across diverse sectors, including building control systems, utilities, automotive, life sciences, and energy systems.
U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of work performed within this facility.
Basic Qualifications
2+ years of experience in industrial control systems technology, cybersecurity, and risk management framework and authorization processes.
Familiarity with industry standards and federal guidance for securing ICS and SCADA systems (e.g., NIST CSF, NIST 800-37, NIST 800-82, NIST 800-53, IEC 62443, or ISO).
Ability to write, review, and update security plans.
Assist engineers in developing and maintaining security measures to enhance the organization’s security posture.
Identify and communicate security exposures, incidents, or noncompliance situations to the information systems security manager or appropriate group.
Experience with various vendors and types of ICS and SCADA equipment and network protocols.
Analyze and recommend improvements to industrial control system programs and systems to meet industry standards and best practices.
Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
Additional Qualifications
Analyze security risk assessment tool results.
Evaluate security vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies for networking systems.
Analyze Cybersecurity policies and produce documentation for system accreditations.
Proficiency in Windows, UNIX, and Linux operating systems.
Familiarity with networking concepts and technologies (TCP/IP, routers, switches, network-connected devices).
Conduct qualitative risk assessments.
Possess excellent research and analytical skills.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
Certifications such as Certified Automation Professional (CAP), Certified Control Systems Technician (CCTS), Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional (GICSP), or ISO 27001 Auditor are a plus.
