We are actively seeking an Operational Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional administrative service and project management for a high profile, luxury brand, ensuring seamless execution of administrative tasks outlined in project plans. Your role will involve organizing, managing, and tracking project activities daily within our dynamic agency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Operations Director that oversees the event management interface (EMI) that allows Public Label and their clients to plan, organize, schedule, train, manage and report on post-event analytics effectively and efficiently
  • Assist with gathering, dissecting, and merging consumer insights data as needed for weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting
  • Work directly with the Field Team to conduct system trainings as needed as well as assist with any needs relating to the system
  • Serve as main point of contact for event staff to assist with system questions or troubleshooting
  • Responsible for tracking and setting up all campaign submissions from the client services team and field team
  • Set-up all hyper focused campaign recaps
  • Work closely with our system vendors to resolve any system issues
  • Remain current on all aspects of client marketing trends and other areas affecting the client’s business
  • Oversee the event management interface support email
  • Assist with regular site maintenance


Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Strong interest in event marketing; agency experience preferred, (with a bonus for experience in luxury brands or the spirits category.)
  • Ideally 1-2 years of agency experience
  • Bachelor’s degree, with a focus on marketing, administration or business is preferred.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset, driven by ambition, a hunger and pride for being at the “Epicenter of All Things Operational,” and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, thriving in a collaborative environment.
  • Methodical, organized, and analytical approach, with a sharp eye for optimizing processes.
  • Intermediate Excel knowledge a must. The role requires working heavily on spreadsheets and data entry.
  • Must possess strong data analysis skills, including proficiency with pivot tables.
  • Keen eye for detail, thorough in all administrative tasks, and able to handle routine processes with precision.
  • Experience with Event Management Interface (EMI) systems, specifically setting up campaigns, recap questions, pulling and monitoring basic reports, and data analysis.


Location: Remote, U.S. Flexible hours, with an emphasis on afternoon availability.
