Position Description Summary
The George Washington University Medical Faculty Associates, an independent non-profit academic clinical practice group affiliated with The George Washington University, seeks full-time, academic primary care physicians to join our Division of General Internal Medicine (Department of Medicine). Join a passionate, tight-knit group of dedicated clinician-educators in downtown Washington, DC! These non-tenure-track faculty appointments will be made at a rank of Instructor/Assistant/Associate/Full Professor commensurate with experience.
Specific Duties And Responsibilities
Responsibilities include teaching medical students and/or residents and may include providing care in our dedicated weight management clinic.
Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must be ABIM certified or board eligible and licensed in the District of Columbia at the time of appointment. Applicants must also have a record of providing high-quality, high-value, evidence- and team-based patient care, outstanding teaching, and scholarly productivity with a dedication to professional growth.
Advertised Salary: Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Full benefits package available including professional malpractice coverage (including tail coverage), time off for CME , a Professional Expense Account, retirement benefits, etc.
