Someone who has Business Intelligence (Power BI), Data Analysis (SQL, Excel), and Business Analysis (stakeholder communication, presentations) skills.

Healthcare industry experience because a lot of the data, reports are all based around healthcare data.

We need excellent communication.

Need Lead Experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • **Data Analysis & Reporting:**
  • Develop and maintain product and BI dashboards.
  • Create custom reports and data visualizations to support organizational needs.
  • Ensure accurate KPI tracking and reporting.
  • **Technical Expertise:**
  • Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and reporting.
  • Utilize BI platforms (e.g., Power BI) for data analysis and dashboard creation.
  • Manage ETL processes, ensuring data integrity and quality.
  • Work with EHR data, particularly using Netsmart's Evolve platform. (plus, evolve is not needed. EHR experience is a big plus.)
  • **Team Leadership:**
  • Supervise and mentor a team of data analysts.
  • Manage data processes, troubleshoot issues, and implement best practices.
  • Provide guidance and leadership in data-driven decision-making.
  • **Collaboration:**
  • Work closely with the CIO to support data initiatives and strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
  • Ensure effective communication and reporting of data findings to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in data analysis within the healthcare industry, preferably in behavioral health.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of ETL processes and data integration.
  • Experience with EHR systems, specifically Netsmart's Evolve, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise, mentor, and coach a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work onsite 5 days a week, with some flexibility in working hours.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with KPI development and tracking.
  • Familiarity with custom report writing.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and flexible environment.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
