Looking to bring on an A/V Technician on a long-term contract to join their team. This person will be assisting with live events and troubleshooting support. If you are newer to the industry and are easily trainable, are a proactive learner and love working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to speak to you! Duties Include:
Provide technical support for web-based collaborative training and other advanced meetings and events solutions; This may include, but not limited to, planning networks, designing infrastructure, engineering, installing, testing, and maintaining these video infrastructures
Provide remote diagnostic services for videoconferencing systems and sessions
Track equipment used in conference rooms for availability and proper functionality including the ability to assist with the set up and recommendation of conferencing equipment
Work with all phases of the system life cycle concerning audio-visual and telepresence systems
Requirements
Experience with in-depth AV hardware and software troubleshooting, including media servers and conference room technology
Experience working in Agile Environments
Experience applying Firmware Updates
Understanding of how AV and IT Integrate with each other
Familiarity with Active Directory Knowledge
Familiarity with Networking Knowledge
Experience with Surface Hubs, Samsung Flips, and Logitech Scribe
Expertise in MS Teams Meetings, Meeting Room Systems, Teams Webinar, and Teams Live Events
Deep Video Conferencing equipment knowledge
Broad high-level understanding of infrastructure and network components - routers, switches, servers, firewalls and how they interface/integrate
Understanding of O365 integrations as they pertain to AV and Multimedia
Demonstrated experience with the implementation and operation of integrated computer-based audio-visual and telepresence systems with minimal oversight
Demonstrated experience in operation and configuration of audio-visual and telepresence systems
Demonstrated experience with meeting and room scheduling software (experience with Meeting Room Manager, Outlook and Teems is preferred)
Preferred Software/Hardware Experience: Teams MTR, Crestron, Logitech, Poly, QSC, MS Stream, Vimeo, OBS, Pandora's Box, etc.
