Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to meet the individual needs, interests, and abilities of students.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment conducive to student growth.
Implement effective behavior management strategies to ensure a safe and productive classroom.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to students, parents, and administrators.
Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to develop and implement curriculum initiatives.
Leverage educational technology to enhance instructional delivery.
Offer early intervention and support for students encountering academic or behavioral challenges.
Encourage a passion for reading by integrating library resources into the curriculum.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
Valid teaching certification/license.
Experience working with elementary, middle, or high school-aged students.
Proficiency in effective teaching strategies and instructional methods.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create clear and concise lesson plans and reports.
Familiarity with behavior management techniques.
Experience in tutoring or providing additional support to students with special needs, such as autism.
