Position Overview
We are seeking Part-Time Online Remote Teachers to join our US teaching department. Teachers will be assigned to teach one grade level ranging from Kindergarten to 6th grade.
Role Responsibilities
Provide engaging and interactive online learning experiences for small groups (4-6) of students.
Maintain effective communication with parents on a weekly basis.
Participate in weekly training sessions and professional development activities.
Skills And Educational Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Education or a STEM-related field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics).
Experience teaching Mathematics and a commitment to ongoing professional growth through feedback and self-improvement.
Minimum of 1 year teaching or tutoring experience with groups of students aged 5-12.
Strong passion for education and working with young learners.
Ability to communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress.
Technical Requirements
Computer with a score of at least 7300 or above.
Internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mb/s.
Webcam and audio capabilities.
Working Hours
10 hours per week role: Work 2 days each week with shifts starting as early as 3:00 p.m. EST. Includes 8 hours of teaching, 1 hour for parent-teacher communication, and 1 hour for training.
20 hours per week role: Work 4 days each week with shifts starting as early as 3:00 p.m. EST. Includes 16 hours of teaching, 2 hours for parent-teacher communication, and 2 hours for training.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $21.24 - $24.34 per hour
Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
