Responsibilities

Provide personalized instruction and assistance to students with varying learning styles and abilities.
Assess student progress through a variety of evaluation methods, including assignments, assessments, and projects.
Cultivate a positive classroom atmosphere that promotes student collaboration and involvement.
Harness technology and educational resources to enhance the learning experience.
Integrate real-world applications of mathematical concepts to make learning relevant and impactful.
Offer mentorship and support to students in their academic and personal development.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Valid teaching certification or licensure in Mathematics.
Proficient understanding of mathematical principles across different grade levels.
Experience in implementing behavior management strategies to foster a positive classroom environment.
Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
Ability to effectively communicate complex mathematical concepts to students with diverse abilities.
Previous experience in curriculum development and lesson planning is advantageous.
Familiarity with educational technology tools for teaching mathematics.
Prior experience in tutoring or mentoring students is beneficial.
