Teaching Opportunities Available

Foreign Language (adult learners: Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Arabic, Hebrew, Japanese, Chinese, Russian)

Mandarin Chinese (K-8 learners)

ESL (adult and K-5 learners)

Math (K-12 learners)

Responsibilities

Opt in and maintain availability to teach online to individual learners or small groups.

Utilize provided teaching modules for language learning and supplement with personalized resources based on learner needs.

Prepare customized instruction for subjects like math where materials may not be provided.

Record lessons, assignments, and track learner progress.

Provide updates and progress reports to staff.

Ensure exceptional learning experiences and positive outcomes for all learners.

Motivate and monitor student progress and engagement.

Communicate effectively with learners, parents/guardians, and team members.

Demonstrate professionalism, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Requirements

Subject-matter expertise required.

Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred.

Previous experience in online teaching.

Experience In Curriculum Development Preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Reliable high-speed internet, webcam, and microphone.

Comfort with technology and willingness to explore new tools.

Minimum availability of 4-10 hours per week (depending on program).

Enthusiastic, open-minded, and positive attitude.

Compassionate, confident, and respectful in leadership.

Strong time management and critical-thinking skills.

Must pass a Criminal Background Screening.
