Are you passionate about teaching and eager to inspire students in the field of Anatomy & Physiology? We are seeking a dedicated instructor to design and deliver our Anatomy & Physiology II course in an online format, starting in Fall 2024.
Position Overview
As an Adjunct Faculty member, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational experience of our students. Your responsibilities will include:
Designing and delivering engaging course content for Anatomy & Physiology II.
Meeting with students online and facilitating interactive learning sessions.
Developing assignments that challenge and inspire students.
Grading assignments and providing timely, constructive feedback.
Reporting grades and assessing student learning outcomes in collaboration with the department chair.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Biological Sciences, with at least 18 graduate semester credit hours in Biology/Anatomy & Physiology or a related field. A Ph.D. is preferred.
Experience in course development for online delivery.
Familiarity with Canvas Learning Management System (LMS) is highly desirable.
