Responsibilities
Teaching: Lead at least one graduate-level course, fostering an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
Course Preparation: Develop and prepare course materials, including syllabi, homework assignments, and handouts.
Student Data Management: Record and report student data promptly and accurately.
Student Support
Focus on achieving student learning outcomes.
Consider the diverse needs and abilities of students.
Familiarize yourself with available academic and social support services.
Provide reasonable accommodations for individual differences.
Maintain the academic integrity of the institution.
Be accessible to assist students in reaching their learning goals.
Qualifications
Education: A Doctoral degree is preferred, or the highest attainable degree in the field.
Experience: Prior collegiate teaching experience is recommended, along with a background in teaching at any level.
