Role Summary
Join our dynamic Oncology team as an Oncology Nurse Educator, where you'll play a pivotal role in providing clinical education and support to healthcare professionals. You'll be responsible for delivering educational programs and in-services, building strong relationships, and ensuring healthcare providers have the necessary knowledge to utilize our products safely and effectively. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate across functions and make a significant impact on patient care.
Primary Responsibilities
Education Delivery: Provide comprehensive education to HCPs to support patient care and promote the safe and effective use of our products.
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with HCPs, healthcare organizations, and professional associations, offering clinical insights and information to enhance our reputation and educational initiatives.
Product and Disease State Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products, including mechanisms of action, indications, dosing, administration, and safety profiles.
Presenting: Deliver engaging presentations to HCPs, both virtually and in person, to enhance understanding and awareness of our products.
Clinical Expertise: Apply clinical expertise to engage in discussions with HCPs on complex medical and scientific topics related to our products.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic goals and initiatives, driving awareness and demand for our products.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and processes.
Education And Required Skills
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; advanced degree preferred (MSN, NP, MBA).
5+ years of clinical experience in Hematology-Oncology required; academic and community center experience preferred.
Oncology certification (CPHON, OCN, AOCNP) required or obtained within 2 years of hire.
2+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech industry experience preferred.
Strong communication, presentation, and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and virtual engagement platforms.
Ability to develop effective working relationships within cross-functional teams.
Analytical and problem-solving skills in the healthcare environment.
Travel and Location:
Must reside within the designated territory.
Ideal candidate resides near a major airport.
Up to 75% travel within the US (Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina & Puerto Rico).

Salary Range
The salary range for this role is $140,000-$155,000, with consideration given to relevant factors such as education, qualifications, certifications, experience, and location. Additionally, employees are eligible for Short-Term and Long-Term incentive programs, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, flexible time off, 401(k), life and disability insurance, and recognition programs.
