Role Overview

As an Oncology Business Manager, you'll be a key leader in our mission to enhance patient access to our oncology products across health systems and community practices. Your responsibilities will include:

Developing and executing strategic business plans, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring optimal access to our oncology portfolio.

Collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners to drive business objectives and educate stakeholders on the benefits of our products.

Leading account-level strategic planning efforts to maximize resource utilization and optimize engagements with strategic oncology accounts.

Keeping abreast of healthcare trends, reimbursement models, and competitive strategies to inform business decisions and maintain our competitive edge.

Skills And Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required (MBA or related field preferred) with at least 10 years of industry experience.

Demonstrated experience in oncology practice networks, health systems, or group purchasing organizations.

Strong leadership and collaboration skills with a proven ability to navigate complex healthcare environments.

Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
