We’re seeking a talented Onboarding Coordinator who will be a primary point of contact for carriers and business leaders to get licensed agents ready to sell. In this role, you will manage onboarding and administrative tasks to request and approve carrier certifications and appointments.
This position requires a collaborative mindset, a high degree of accuracy, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to efficiently and accurately manage a complex and multi-step submission and tracking process in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
1+ years of onboarding experience in the insurance field
Strong presentation skills and ability to present information to groups of people in a remote setting
Strong customer service mindset
Proficiency with MS Office products
Project management experience
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to new employees as they navigate the onboarding and licensing process
Serve as the primary point-of-contact (POC) for all new employees during New Employee Orientation and throughout Training
Gather licensing documentation and assist with the application process for state licenses
Assist with carrier certifications and updating agent profiles in licensing systems
Vetting new hires to determine License eligibility
Provide support to agents during re-certifications each year
Maintain accurate and up-to-date licensing systems and databases
