About the role:
We’re looking for an outstanding Onboarding & Training specialist o help us better the food industry through data and analytics
What will you do in this role:
Serve as the primary contact for the onboarding of new customers and the training of platform end-users
Solve customer problems and identify best-fit solutions; help customers achieve their goals
Provide insights to customers to ensure that they get the most out of the platform
Consult with clients to deliver projects through actionable insight PPT/PDF presentations supported by data
Achieve quarterly and annual goals and metrics as outlined by CS management
Serve as the internal ambassador for your client's product and development needs internally in Tastewise
Requirements:
Experience working in a startup environment - a must
2+ years in a similar role
Experience in working with Enterprise clients
Located in NYC
Ability to tell a story and translate data into insightful presentations
Ability to establish professional and personal connections with both senior officials and entry-level personnel
Go-getter attitude - excited to initiate and lead creative solutions for our clients
Experience working with customers in the food industry is a plus
