We are in search of the next talented, and tenaciously customer-centric On Premise Sales Manager to join our growing team! We are seeking someone who’s a self-starter with a passion to manage their own territory, and is customer focused to sell non-alcohol beverages within the ON-PREMISE business segment. Targets include, but not limited to: HOTELS, RESTAURANTS, NIGHTCLUBS, BARS, COUNTRY CLUBS, and other On-Premise accounts. The On Premise Sales Manager will be responsible for the development and implementation of growth strategies and EXPANSION in the FOOD SERVICE Channel of Icelandic Glacial presence in New York City and surrounding areas. Things you’ll do and Need to do to be Successful:


·   Be responsible for case volume and revenue growth, achieve agreed upon sales goals & targets

·   Primary goals are to:

-open and drive new On-Premise accounts. 

-manage and grow current and new business.

-perform cost-benefit and analyzes existing/potential business needs.

. Increased brand awareness and new customer acquisition with on premise accounts throughout New York City and surrounding areas

·  Must have the confidence to cold calls On-Premise customers.

·  Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

. Work closely with our DSD partners.

·  Participate in local events/activations

·  Be knowledgeable in all aspects of our sales and customer service policies, objectives, and initiatives;


 The Right Candidate:


·    Must have the confidence to cold calls On-Premise customers.

·    Understand DSD go to market strategy.

·    Enjoys and willing to Participate in local events/activations.

·    Work with and train our distributor partners.

·    Overnight travels are minimal.

·    Work week expectations: 4 days out in the market with 1 day in the office.

·    Have the ability to lift 42 pounds.

·    Must have a valid driver’s license.

·    Min 3+ years experience in the beverage industry is required.

·    Focused territories are New York and the surrounding areas, but not limited to other NEW YORK 

·    Must reside in New York City or surrounding area.

·    Candidate will report to the On-Premise Sales Director with a dotted line to the Region Sales Leader.
