Responsibilities
- Independently provide technical assistance and support for computer hardware and software.
- Utilize your experience to install, maintain, operate, and troubleshoot computer hardware and software.
- Assist users with troubleshooting desktop, laptop, and peripheral device issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain software applications and operating systems.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues and escalate complex problems as needed.
- Minimum of two years of experience in desktop support or related field.
- Strong understanding of computer hardware and software.
- Ability to work independently and solve technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work on-call and during evenings or weekends as needed.
