ON-CALL DESKTOP SUPPORT TECHNICIAN (TIER II)

Job Title: ON-CALL DESKTOP SUPPORT TECHNICIAN (TIER II)

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications.

Responsibilities

  • Independently provide technical assistance and support for computer hardware and software.
  • Utilize your experience to install, maintain, operate, and troubleshoot computer hardware and software.
  • Assist users with troubleshooting desktop, laptop, and peripheral device issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain software applications and operating systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues and escalate complex problems as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of experience in desktop support or related field.
  • Strong understanding of computer hardware and software.
  • Ability to work independently and solve technical issues efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work on-call and during evenings or weekends as needed.
