Job Title: ON-CALL AUDIO/VISUAL TECHNICIAN (TIER II)

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications.

Responsibilities

  • Independently provide technical assistance and support for audio/visual equipment used in meetings, presentations, and events.
  • Utilize your understanding of AV equipment and presentation software to troubleshoot issues and ensure seamless operation.
  • Assist with the setup, operation, and teardown of audio/visual equipment, including projectors, microphones, speakers, and video conferencing systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on audio/visual equipment to maintain optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to coordinate AV setup and support for various events and meetings.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of experience in audio/visual support or related field.
  • Strong understanding of AV equipment and presentation software.
  • Ability to work independently and solve technical issues efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work on-call and during evenings or weekends as needed.
