**Job Description: **

We are seeking a dynamic and charismatic Full-Time On-Air Personality who is fully bilingual (English/Spanish) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of NIELSEN PPM (Portable People Meter) ratings, a strong social media presence, and a proven track record in content creation. As an On Air Personality, you will be responsible for hosting engaging shows, creating compelling content, and interacting with our audience and clients both on-air and online.

**Key Responsibilities: **

- Host live radio shows, ensuring engaging and entertaining content for our listeners.

- Utilize NIELSEN PPM ratings to analyze and improve show performance.

- Develop and execute creative content across various platforms, including radio, social media, and podcasts.

- Engage with listeners through social media, phone calls, and events, fostering a strong community connection.

- Collaborate with the programming team to create innovative segments and promotions.

- Stay current with industry trends and audience preferences to keep content relevant and fresh.

**Qualifications: **

- Minimum of 5 years On Air Experience in Drive Time Day Part.

- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.

- In-depth understanding of NIELSEN PPM and its application in radio broadcasting.

- Proven experience in content creation, including show planning, segment production, and scriptwriting.

- Strong social media following and ability to leverage social media to enhance listener engagement.

- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.

- Creative, energetic, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Experience with audio editing software and radio automation systems is a must.
